1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as processing begins immediately.

3. Do you offer size exchanges?

Size changes can be made withing 24 hours of order placement after that we cannot guarantee size changes so please select mindfully.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You will be able to use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to selected countries only the list of these countries is : USA, Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Lebanon, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, UK, Sweden, UAE, New Zealand.

6. Are you a fully sustainable brand?

While we are not yet fully sustainable yet but we are extremely intentional with every step. From made to order production / limited editions - to creating pieces designed to last , we are committed to growing responsibly. As we scale, so will our eco - efforts.
