  • 1. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • 2. Can I cancel or modify my order?

    Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as processing begins immediately.

  • 3. Do you offer size exchanges?

    Size changes can be made withing 24 hours of order placement after that we cannot guarantee size changes so please select mindfully.

  • 4. How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You will be able to use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • 5. Do you ship internationally?

    We ship to selected countries only the list of these countries is :

    USA, Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Lebanon, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, UK, Sweden, UAE, New Zealand.

Shipping and Dispatch

  • Shipping time within is 48 hours except weekends for example if you place an order on Friday it will be shipped before Tuesday.

    Full payment must be made in advance before it will be processed.

Returns & Exchange

    We use third party shipping as courier services, once the order is dispatched within the given time frame - any delays to delivery is not our responsibilty. We will try our best to help out in tracking.
